2025 Conclave Packet

We’re excited to announce that the official packet for the 95th Annual Texas DeMolay State Conclave is now available! Please find the full packet attached to this post.

📍 Location: Fort Worth, Texas
📅 Dates: Thursday July 10 – Sunday July 13
🗓️ Registration Window: You’ll have 5 full weeks to get your chapter registered with the deadline being MAY 31ST.

A few important updates to note:

  • There have been slight changes to the registration process, as well as the schedule so please review those pages carefully. Updated events can be found on Page 10.

  • Hotel costs have risen by five dollars to $145 per night. 

  • The last few pages of the packet are nomination forms for awards and office. Please consider recommending your peers and your active members for recognition and service opportunities. 

  • Also attached to this post is a custom spreadsheet to help calculate your chapter’s expenses, list names, and stay organized throughout the registration process.

2025 Declaration to Run for Office

The 2025 State Officer packet is officially published for those active DeMolays, Sweethearts, and Priory Queens who wish to seek elected state office for the 2025-2026 term. This packet includes the forms and guidelines for the following offices facing elections:
  • State Master Councilor
  • Deputy State Master Councilor
  • State Senior Councilor
  • State Junior Councilor
  • State Illustrious Knight Commander
  • Deputy State Illustrious Knight Commander
  • State Sweetheart
  • State Priory Queen
Additionally, the current Deputy State Master Councilor has chosen not to seek election as State Master Councilor. Both SMC and DSMC are available offices at the 2025 Conclave. Attached is also the SMC-Elect handbook for those actives who wish to seek the office of State Master Councilor to get acquainted and familiar with the expected job duties. The SMC-Elect handbook must be completed and submitted with the declaration.
