He is an avid fan of Warhammer 40k, Pokémon, and Dungeons & Dragons, hobbies that reflect both his creativity and love for strategic thinking.

Spencer’s journey with DeMolay began even before he was old enough to join, as he frequently attended events that sparked a deep passion for the organization. That enthusiasm led him to join David L. Perkins Squire Manor on February 11, 2019, where he served a term as Master Squire. His leadership in the Manor helped support his peers and fostered early involvement with Grand Prairie Chapter. On September 14, 2019, shortly after turning 12, he was initiated into Grand Prairie Chapter and quickly became an active and committed member.

In his first year, Spencer signed three new members as First Line Signer, completed all five Leadership Correspondence Courses to earn the Lamp of Knowledge, memorized his obligations, and was awarded both the Founder’s Membership Award and the Representative DeMolay distinction. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Spencer worked to keep the chapter active through Zoom and continued engagement with his fellow members.

Since then, he has served twice as Master Councilor of Grand Prairie Chapter, and in early 2025 became the first active member to hold the office of Scribe since the COVID-19 pandemic. His leadership extended beyond his chapter as well, having served Texas DeMolay as State 6th Preceptor in 2022–2023 and State Chaplain in 2023–2024. In July 2024, he was elected State Senior Councilor, serving with dedication during the 2024–2025 term.

Before she was old enough to join the Sweetheart Court, Eryn attended many DeMolay meetings and events, mostly because of her older brother who is now a PMC of John Wayne Chapter. In May 2022, Eryn was installed as John Wayne no. 3667’s Chapter Duchess and served in this position until November 2023. One of Eryn’s biggest aspirations was to become the State Sweetheart. After her installation as Chapter Sweetheart in May 2025, she continued to work toward her dream. Finally, at Texas DeMolay’s 2025 Conclave, her desire to support Texas DeMolay eventually paid off, and her dream came true.
